1. General

Anka Creative Studios provides graphic design and animation services, including but not limited to graphic design, online logo design, 3D animation for businesses, advertising animation, and custom illustration and design. All services offered are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use our services to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or the experience of other users.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, animations, illustrations, and related materials created by Anka Creative Studios remain the intellectual property of Anka Creative Studios unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for the completion of the agreed services. Delays caused by the client’s failure to supply required input may result in postponement of delivery schedules.

5. Payment Terms

All pricing, payment schedules, and related details shall be agreed upon before services commence. Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the contract or invoice. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions to delivered work are subject to the terms outlined in the client agreement. Additional charges may apply for changes or requests beyond the scope originally agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anka Creative Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding client information and materials. Similarly, clients shall respect the confidentiality of proprietary information shared by Anka Creative Studios.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services provided until the termination date shall become due immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in İzmir, Turkey.

11. Changes to Terms

Anka Creative Studios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
